Hello William, Julie came to clean last night, and was excellent (with exception of arriving 1/2 hour late at 530, but leaving at 10 anyway --she did call to tell me that she would be late). However, she was able to clean only the bathroom and some of the kitchen. So, would I be able to purchase another 5 hrs for $39? I guess this is what I should have done to begin with. Dr. L. Keifer

Garnett was polite and professional, and did a very thorough job, particularly with our floors, which gleamed. He even took it upon himself to dust each of our windowsills - areas that are not that obvious. Garnett was efficient and skilled - but most of all I immediately trusted him to respect our belongings and take care of our home, and that means a lot. I highly recommend him! - Andrea M.

The young lady sent in was very nice and friendly but the overall cleaning lacked. The sweeping was not thorough, the fridge interior was not done and she does not know how to make a bed. I had a 4 hour booking and she left half hour early. If I choose to use you in future I will require someone at least who knows how to make a bed properly. - Emilia A.

The service was mediocre. Garrett was very polite and nice, but a bit inexperienced with thorough cleaning. Certain areas were still dusty and there were a few areas that required more thorough mopping. The sink was not cleaned but he did clean the fridge on request. The appointment was for 4 hours and I have a 640sf apt, do there would have been plenty of time to do these. Unfortunately I did not notice until he had left. - Clark K.

William is really great. He comes in, cleans the house top to bottom including the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is done in a timely manner and does it for a reasonable price. My appointment was 9 AM, no one showed up, no one called, I texted them at 9:30 but no one got back to me until 11 am. By then my entire morning was a total waste. They said they couldn't get a hold of Dusting Man and don't know what happened. Anyway, rescheduled for 3 p.m. and Garnett came, he was very nice, listened to my requests and did a good job. We had dusting man, aka emanuel in yesterday and he really listened to what my husband said. My hubby told him that the floors were a priority, and the small dusting, not so much. I was very pleased and will be using this service again. I'm planning on trying out a few housekeepers because you can with the booking service, but would hire dusting man again. The house was way cleaner than I would have expected with the given time. He even cleaned behind the tv where all the cords are. Thanks! Very Pleased.
